Overview
Large-format 3D printed Bluetooth speaker shaped like a Jack Daniels bottle. Standing approximately 2–3 feet tall, it houses a ~5" woofer repurposed from a Goodwill home audio system, a Skar Audio component dome tweeter, and a Wuzhi Audio ZK-1002L amp/Bluetooth board — all fully serviceable from the base compartment.
Completed speaker — front view
Top compartment — hinged lid with glass cutouts
Base compartment — amp, BT, LED receiver
Design
The body was modeled in SolidWorks starting from an existing bottle file, which was scaled up and split into printable multi-part sections. The top compartment opens on a hinge and includes two cutouts for standard short drinking glasses. The lower section houses the speakers and electronics, with an accessible base compartment. Select sections are wrapped in suede, and the body is printed in transparent brown PLA.
